locally sourced organic and wholesome ingredients, and minimizing our carbon footprint. As

the sole marketer in our office, you will have the opportunity to dive in and make a significant

impact on our brand with support from the executive team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an agile and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong interest in the food and beverage space, including hospitality and

events, along with a solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices. This role

offers the opportunity to own and contribute to diverse projects, manage marketing vendors,

and contribute to the growth and success of our brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive

brand awareness and engagement, with a focus on weddings, special events, and

corporate events.

  • Manage marketing-related vendors, including graphic designers, printers, and digital

suppliers, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Attend events as needed to capture content for social media and marketing materials,

including photos, videos, and testimonials.

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including digital and print

materials, social media content, email campaigns, and advertisements.

  • Spearhead copywriting for social content, brand materials, RFP responses, and more.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to

measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels, ensuring that

messaging aligns with company values and objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continually raising opportunities to

enhance our marketing efforts and drive results.

  • Support the executive team with additional marketing tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, social media, and

vendor or project management

  • Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media

marketing

  • Experience using data analytics software for research
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple

projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and

content development.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Project Management tools, and social media

platforms.

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is a plus.
  • Passion for food, sustainability, hospitality, and events, with a genuine interest in delivering

exceptional client experiences.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a

positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
