Job Description Overview: Direct, manage and coordinate all kitchen logistics, transportation and driving schedules, inventory, event fulfillment and other operational functions. Responsible for inventory management and of paper, chemicals and soft beverages. The goal of this position is to manage the entire operations/logistics cycle, to enhance business profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
Attend & occasionally lead BEO Meetings to review upcoming events needs & execution of said events. Maintain up to date communications with sales & culinary teams as needed.
Manage weekly BEO boards in the office & kitchen. Update BEO master file as changes are made to Event orders.
Manage labeling for event orders as needed.
Manage delivery schedules for remote locations & event deliveries
Manage paper, chemical & beverage inventories to set par levels. Complete & reconcile monthly inventories.
Maintain cleanliness of paper & hard goods storage rooms
Assist drivers expedite events out of the production facility, in a timely fashion. Occasionally back up driver when needed
Assist DOO with facility upkeep/maintenance requests
Manage vehicle repair, maintenance, inspections on company vans
Communication skills both written & verbal
Must have good driving record, ability to lift 50 pounds
Proficient computer skills
