The Operations Manager is an administrative and programmatic position that reports to the Director of Operations and works on the Operations team to help execute the organization’s goals. The Operations Manager leads operational projects, oversees processes and systems related to the legal, contract, state operations, and travel management systems, and otherwise supports the work of the Operations Department. Critical for success is an interest in the mission of the DNC, strong sense of personal initiative, respect for the sensitivity and confidentiality of information, and the ability to balance multiple tasks. Additionally, the Operations Manager works closely with the entire Operations, Political/States, Building Facilities, Accounting, and IT Teams.
\nResponsibilities/Duties:
The Operations Manager position will require travel, which could be up to 15% of the time. The starting salary for the Operations Manager position is $65,000, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, exempt position that has an end date of November 15, 2024. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500.
