Aderas, Inc. is seeking a Operations Manager to join the team.
Primary Job Duties:

• The Operations Manager will serve as the central point of contact for any contractual issues.
• The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation and efficient performance of the NSM enterprise networks and programs, monitoring and managing all aspects of the programs to ensure they meet performance metrics set by the customer.

Required Education Work Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or similar
• 10 years experience in Program Management, especially with the Department of State, overseeing a multitude of personnel and security programs including security enterprise projects, CCTV and access controls, and Department security standards and requirements for fulfillment.
• Must have an active PMP Certificate
• The Operations Manager shall have a solid working knowledge of information technology, technical security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control, and Diplomatic Security standards.
