Aderas, Inc. is seeking a CMMS Operations Lead to join the team.
Primary Job Duties:

• CMMS Operations Lead to support global deployment of the asset management application (currently, the application in place is IBM's Enterprise Asset Management application Maximo).
• The Contractor shall provide daily direction to a team of support personnel to troubleshoot, maintain and improve the asset management application.
• The Contractor shall assist in application implementation; assist in process definition and development; assist in upgrading functionality of CMMS package through front-end changes, and assist in routine troubleshooting for system upgrades and functionality improvements.
• The work requires the application of a solid working knowledge of Maximo; Maximo workflows; Maximo Cron Tasks and Application design elements or considerations.
• The Contractor shall have direct experience working with IBM Maximo 6 and recent experience working with Maximo 7.
• The Contractor shall possess a solid working knowledge of Maximo 7; Maximo workflows; Maximo Cron Tasks and having served as a Maximo Application designer.

Required Education Work Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in computer science or related preferred
• Maximo and PMP certifications desired
• 15 years in IT environments supporting Operations and Administration for Federal customers, especially surrounding CMMS/Maximo (Department of State configuration state) management and operations.
• Assists in the development of contracts within Maximo, user request solutions, system changes and improvements, and large scale management of requests from users.
