Position Overview:
Role serves as the primary interface with end users of remanufactured parts and finished goods. Provide guidance to consumers and service technicians on part availability and transaction support. Utilize direct phone conversations and email exchanges to satisfy customer questions and resolve problems on behalf of customers. Work closely with production and distribution team members to resolve open issues on behalf of end users. Handle administrative duties to include sales order data entry, shipping tracking and accounts receivable follow up calls.
