Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
-Manage payroll
- Submit State Notifications for Remediation and Construction Jobs
- Communicate with City and Town departments for permitting
- Perform clerical tasks, including organizing files, and supporting other staff
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled testing and abatements
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Support project coordination efforts as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Experience with order entry systems
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist is beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
