Position Overview

The Relationship Manager (RM) works directly with our high-net-worth clients. The RM works in a client-focused, team-centered environment as a contributor to both the firm's client service and business development efforts.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized financial guidance and delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions. This role requires a combination of financial expertise, interpersonal skills, and business development acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure retention of and deepen the relationship with our firm's clients
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and unique circumstances.
  • Collaborate with management, our portfolio managers, operations, and financial planners to deliver full-service, integrated financial management for our clients
  • Provide ongoing portfolio management and investment advice, monitoring performance and recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand business through referrals and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Stay current on market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to effectively advise clients and mitigate risks.
  • Competitive but highly collaborative with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A./B.S.) from accredited college or university
  • Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser license
  • Seven years as a Registered Investment Advisor representative or licensed Registered Representative for a full-service broker dealer
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus

Most roles at CORDA will be part of our best-of-both hybrid work model. This includes working together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and choosing to work where one works best on Mondays and Fridays. This maximizes in person collaboration and interaction while simultaneously providing flexibility.
