The administrative assistants primaryresponsibilities will include answering phone calls taking memosand managing files. They will also be responsible for handlingcorrespondence greeting clients and customers and assisting withvarious administrative duties as needed. USA CANDIDATEONLY

Job Responsibilities

Collect and distribute incoming mail

Answerphone calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendlymanner

Schedule and coordinate staff and othermeetings as required

Write and edit documents asneeded

Establish and maintain filing systemsboth electronic and physical

Provide generaladministrative and clerical support such as mailing scanning faxingand copying

Run errands to the post office UPSand / or FedEx as necessary

Maintain inventory andorder office supplies

Manage beverage and snackinventory in the breakroom

Book hotels andflights for management when required

Assistinternal committees with updates

Support projectteams in setting up new job site offices with propersupplies

Assist the Marketing Coordinator inupdating social media pages and the website asneeded

Aid the Marketing Coordinator inorganizing career fairs conventions and other events asrequired

Requirements andQualifications

Associate or Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or a related fieldpreferred

Preferred experience of 3 years inadministrative support

Proficiency with MSOffice including Word Excel and Outlook

Ability to work well under pressureand meet tight deadlines

Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills with the ability to interact withstaff at all levels including trades technical professional andupper management

Able to work with minimaloversight while also taking direction effectively frommanagers
