Provides administrative support to Midwest Heritage and the executive staff. Greets and responds to visitors, in person or by phone and routes inquiries from external or internal sources. Duties include scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel and events, managing administrative projects and general office operations. Responsible for collecting, reviewing, analyzing, creating and distributing presentation materials. Handles highly confidential and sensitive information.
