Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.- Full-Time
Financial Accounting Manager, Cooper Aerobics Enterprises, Inc. The position reports to the VP of Finance/Controller and works closely with business unit leaders, accounting staff and the CFO in the financial reporting, planning, and analysis of various business units.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly financial reporting package
- Variance analysis of revenue and expense accounts
- Preparation of annual profit plan and related schedules
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and sub-ledgers
- Preparation and entry of journal entries into general ledgers
- Detect and resolve any accounting issues or errors
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- CPA, or working toward CPA certification -required
- Strong MS Excel skills (building analytical formulas and integration spreadsheets, not just VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables)
- Microsoft GP Dynamics and Management Reporter experience a plus
- Knowledge of tax compliance is also a plus
- Must be a detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently to meet deadlines
