Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of their diverse portfolio, which includes investments in Oil & Gas, Real Estate, and Storage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the capital request and budgeting processes for the company's various investments.
2. Maintain relationships with members of the management team to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
3. Manage the accounting, tax, and treasury departments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
4. Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
5. Manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced, ensuring quality and efficiency.
6. Oversee the company's transaction processing systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
7. Supervise acquisition due diligence, ensuring thorough analysis and risk assessment.
8. Oversee the issuance of financial information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
9. Manage the delivery of financial information to tax professionals and ensure timely response for all regulatory payments.
10. Report financial results to the owners, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
11. Construct and monitor reliable control systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
12. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts, ensuring adequate liquidity for the company's operations.
13. Be aware of missing revenue in the Oil & Gas business and report to the Oil & Gas manager when payments are not received.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.
• Family office experience preferred.
• OGSYS experience preferred.
