We have an immediate opening for a CUSTOMER SERVICE Representative

We need somebody who has previous experience with CUSTOMER SERVICE. The starting salary is $17.00-$19.00 per hour depending on experience. Fluent English speaking is required for this position.

JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Record, document, and communicate with potential clients

· Correspond with current and potential clients via email

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

· Legal working status

Experience:

· Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

· English

· Chinese

Shift/Hours:

Monday-Friday : 9:00am - 6:00pm

Starting pay rate/yearly salary:

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

At least 18 years of age

Minimum High School diploma

Qualified computer skills
