Job Title: Compliance Specialist- Regulatory

Position Type: Temp To Hire (Based on Performance)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Location: Onsite, Downtown St. Louis, MO

Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Food Science) and possess strong analytical skills. This role will involve compliance, quality control, data review, and completion of reports related to regulatory and operating procedures, particularly within the manufacturing of color solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the completion of regulatory documents for internal and external customers.
• Document standard operating procedures and assist in product certification submissions.
• Evaluate technical files, reports, and documentation related to existing and new products.
• Review and support necessary revisions to standard regulatory documents and technical data sheets.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Pay close attention to detail in reviewing and interpreting technical information.
• Follow regulatory standard operating procedures and ensure compliance.
• Utilize computer skills for document control and various software systems (e.g., SAP, ERP).
• Complete customer documents specific to regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience. (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Food Science)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience multitasking and reviewing documents and data.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in downtown St. Louis.
• Strong analytical skills.
