- Conducting internal agency investigations and responding to UI inquiries.
- Managing employee FMLA and ADA requests for agency leave records.
- Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Respond to Unemployment Insurance (UI) inquiries and maintain detailed records on hearing outcomes.
- Conduct investigations to determine violations of company policies and procedures.
- Review HR agency documents for accuracy before submission.
- Assist with quarterly and annual EEOC reporting.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
