About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance with a strong background in SaaS company operations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the finance and accounting team, working closely with the CFO to prepare a variety of financial reports, including those for senior management, the Board of Directors, and for use in decision-making processes. The role requires a deep passion for financial analysis, the ability to manage comprehensive financial processes such as deferred revenue and revenue recognition, and a talent for providing insightful and strategic financial advice to management. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for the monthly financial forecasting process, maintaining the company's financial model, and conducting in-depth performance analysis against budget and prior year.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in finance, with previous experience in a SaaS company being essential.
