Overview:
We are a leading home improvement company serving the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware markets, specializing in bathrooms, roofing and windows. We are looking for a dynamic, results oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate should have direct sales management experience in the home improvement space, managing a team of at least 7 - 10 people. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all day to day activities of our sales team with a focus on coaching, motivation, mentoring and driving continuous improvement in our sales processes and top line results. Additional detail on the position will be provided during the interview process.

Requirements for Sales Manager:
- 5 years of management experience and managing a sales team
- 5 years of experience in home improvement industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and motivate the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
