Pure barre is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Livingston, NJ

The Pure Barre Assistant Manager is a dynamic and integral role responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio sales and operations. This position demands a proactive and results-oriented individual who can lead sales initiatives, manage staff, and ensure the studio's smooth running while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and effective networking.
  • Achieve targets in membership and retail sales.
  • Efficiently manage the staff schedule and supervise Sales Representatives to ensure optimal studio performance.
  • Pursue collection of outstanding dues diligently.
  • Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the studio to the highest standards.
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures consistently.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to existing members through face-to-face interactions, as well as via phone and email.
  • Gain proficiency in ClubReady software to handle client account inquiries and leverage potential sales opportunities.
  • Engage prospects/leads actively, scheduling them for barre classes and enrolling them in memberships.
  • Foster and retain retail and membership sales, contributing to the studio's revenue growth.
  • Maintain a well-organized staff, ensuring the studio's cleanliness and organization at all times.
  • Implement policies and procedures relating to customers effectively.
  • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are adequately stocked and visible.
  • Participate in networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as scheduled with Corporate.
  • Perform light Operational duties, including ordering supplies, scheduling staff, aiding with social media, and other tasks as deemed necessary by the Owner.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Representatives.
  • Capable of managing and driving multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
  • Must possess excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Solution-based and results-oriented with a competitive spirit.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes using sound judgment.
  • A strong affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and organized.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends.
