About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional VP of Sales, Enterprise East to lead and manage a team of Sales Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from discovery and evaluation to implementation, adoption, and ongoing usage of the company's products. This role involves building a collaborative and thriving team environment, influencing the enterprise sales playbook, and driving alignment with supporting teams across customer success, marketing, and professional services. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of successful technical product sales experience, 3 years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams, and the ability to understand and teach complex technical concepts. Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing a team, as well as a deep alignment with the company's values, is essential.Candidates who have managed remote teams, have experience in analytics, data, or open-sourced software, and have gone through a growth or hyper-growth stage, will have an edge. The role requires a leader who enjoys coaching and motivating others, leading by example, and demonstrating humility.
