We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Auto body and Paint operations and ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, implementing strategies to improve processes, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
**Duties: **
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage projects to drive operational excellence
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes
**Qualifications: **
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Experience in sales, profit loss analysis, strategic planning, process improvement, business development is a plus
- Ability to work outside and in different locations.
- Must have the understanding of the auto body and paint industry.
Compensation: 80k to 90k plus bonuses
