The Foodservice Sales Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of sales strategies that maximize sales volume and margin growth for targeted customers in the Foodservice segment. The incumbent acts within the scope of the corporate mission statement and policy adherence to accomplish and deliver sales goals.
The Sales Manager will implement strategic sales plans to include sales forecasting activities, and reviews market analysis to determine customer needs & price schedules.
The Sales Manager controls all elements of the sales process from sales presentations, food shows, forecasting, customer business reviews to broker training and evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Foodservice Sales; imported products, a plus.
· Must have existing relationships within the Foodservice Segment. Both Distributor and Operators.
· Strong grasp of computer systems, Great Plains, Microsoft Office Suit, Adobe Suit a plus.
· Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, presentation skills, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
· Proficiency in data analytics, enabling effective data-driven decision-making.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
