Food Service Director sought for multi-site educational campus, managing other managers and a large hourly team serving in a retail operation.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Minimum five years' culinary management experience
- Knowledge of current food trends
- Ability to design and produce menus for high guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of all health/safety requirements
- Three years experience managing a retail operation
- Experience managing high-volume kitchens
- Proven ability to create regular community favorites to increase sales, as well as LTOs
- Solid knowledge of spreadsheets, and analyzing data
Responsibilities:
- Mentoring a solid team who exhibit teamwork and dedication
- Designing healthful menus keeping guest satisfaction in mind
- Exceeding guest expectations daily
- Producing a menu that attracts maximum sales
- Maintaining a clean kitchen
- Following corporate and health guidelines
- Keeping on budget
- Keeping up with current food trends
Salary 80-85K, dependent upon experience
