Job Overview:

Dine Company is a family owned and operated business for over 40 years.
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Director of Service to join our team. The Director of Service will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts and service department from service advisor to dispatching service calls. This position will oversee all technical skilled labor for service repair in house and out in field. This includes Used Equipment refurb department, parts inventory , warranty, management and supervision of techs, and providing high customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant commercial food equipment diagnostics and repair, as well as excellent mechanical, electrical, gas appliances, hot food and prep equipment. Candidate must have Managerial/Supervisor Experience with similar field with proven record of leading a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day Service Advisor, Service Calls and Shop Service Repairs, and Reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Work with purchasing process for parts. Contact vendors for part cost and shipping.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts and service inquiries and orders. Prompt and courteous interactions with customer and service techs
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions, including data entry into the system
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper parts availability for repairs
- Manage the organization and cleanliness of two shops and warehouse
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or obsolete inventory
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability of the parts and service department.

Position will coordinate warranty service calls to support our dealership sales and Project Installations.

Skills:
- Strong diagnostics and repair knowledge for Food Service/Restaurant Equipment
- Proficient in supply chain management principles and practices is a plus
- Ability to speak with customers and manage terms with vendors and sales team
- Experience in equipment repair and maintenance, Hot and Cold Side
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Forklift operation experience is preferred
- Mechanical and Electrical knowledge including gas appliances

Pay: $69,511.00 - $74,367.00 per year
