The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer and senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
· Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Operations Officer and/or other assigned leadership staff. Have a strong background in accounting.
· Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
· Manages incoming and outgoing packages (FedEx/UPS/USPS)
· Receives incoming mail, communications or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
· Performs office tasks including maintaining records and ordering supplies.
· Support and ensure that all tasks assigned are performed in a timely manner.
· Answers incoming calls and uses security system to greet visitors while verifying that the visitor has an appointment with a staff member.
· Additional administrative duties as needed.
