Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
• Handle client inquiries, take detailed messages, and route calls accordingly
• Manage financial transactions, including processing deposits and assessing profit margins
• Maintain the tidiness and professional appearance of the reception area
• Reach out to existing clients to gather orders and address any concerns
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
• Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs
Skills:
• Exceptional customer service skills paired with a professional demeanor
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in a client-facing role preferred
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
