Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving calls from clients in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations; categorize all calls received in one of the categories provided; and be responsible for other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
During this internship, intern candidate will need to have the following:

This is a paid part- time internship. The pay rate is $10 an hour. The hours will be from 1 pm to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
