ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WITH STRONG TYPING SKILLS
Anne Arundel County accounting firm seeks detail oriented, 5 years experience, professional individual with excellent communication/organizational skills. The right candidate will have excellent skills in Microsoft Word (typist with formal training, including STRONG FORMATTING and PROOFREADING SKILLS), Excel and Outlook. A/R and A/P experience helpful.
Some of the responsibilities included in this position are typing and proofreading correspondence and financial documents, schedule and accurately track appointments, assemble personal and business tax returns and financial statements, assist with billing and invoicing, back up receptionist with multi - line telephone system and daily front desk relief. Responsibilities would also include scanning, copying, faxing, local travel (generally less than 10 miles round trip) and other general administrative duties.
Overtime required February 1st - April 15th
Hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
