Concentric is Hiring a Sales Representative Near Des Moines, IA

Concentric Corporation is currently seeking a talented Sales Representative for our client in the Des Moines area.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the Omaha area. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales techniques to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas in the Omaha area.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations with customers to educate them on the features and benefits of our products/services and address their specific needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and secure profitable business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software or sales tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and customer requirements.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, and provide feedback and insights to management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business and referrals, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers, showcase our offerings, and promote brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the success of the sales organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Omaha market and local business landscape is preferred.
