Job Description:

· Main skillset here is “prior buying and SAP experience”. SAP knowledge is really important.

· Responsible for executing and maintaining Purchase to pay process for assigned parts/suppliers

· Send out Request for quotes to suppliers and compare quotes for Total Cost of Ownership.

· Convert Purchase requisitions in to Purchase orders.

· Confirm delivery of POs from suppliers.

· Expedite parts with suppliers to ensure on time delivery performance.

· Resolve invoicing issues.

· Support with onboarding of new suppliers.

· Work with warehouse and receiving to prioritize delivery of material to production floor.

· Support supply chain manager in process improvement projects.

· Promote Lean concepts as applicable to supply chain management processes.

· Utilize Power BI/Tableau to analyze purchasing data to drive savings and improvements.

· Support purchasing KPIs.

Education Requirement:

· Supply/Demand degree or anyone with a similar background as the current role.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Purchasing: 5 years (Required)
• SAP: 5 years (Preferred)
