Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools. Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers spanning as far as Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

• Maintain purchase order information
• Track orders and monitor for timely delivery
• Review order acknowledgements
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate prices
• Notify sales/customers concerning delays
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to review, confirm, or change orders
• Assist in managing and reporting inbound order statuses
• Review and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies
• Create Purchase Orders, selected by the Supply Chain
• Complete any other projects as assigned by your manager

• Degree in Supply Chain preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to successfully multi-task
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
