Job Summary:

CTS Mobility has an available full-time position for a Marketing Specialist to be based in our Austin, TX location. This role supports the strategic direction, associated activities, and execution of marketing priorities, events, and tasks. The position reports directly to the CTS Senior Manager – Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop content to fulfill partner programs; understand & comply with brand guidelines and requirements; propose new events & activities.
• Develop relationships and maintain regular communication with Partners, Vendors, Distributers
• Develop partner specific, targeted programs which align with CTS and partner goals.
• Keep pulse on intent, goals, and how we may assist them.
• Seek opportunities for co-branded collateral or sell offer(s)
• Track sales activities, funds (received/spent) and marketing / events related ROI.
• Organize/Manage all aspects of internal and external sales events including planning, tracking, invoicing, post event feedback/analytics, schwag delivery, etc., gather event Proof of Performance (POP)
• Help leverage partner funds, meet the requirements for reimbursement (MDF, BDF, POP)
• Research events, develops relationships with community leaders, and recommends which events to sponsor and/or participate in to strengthen community relations and boost sales. Reviews and recommends sponsorship proposals.
• Responsible for customer engagement through a variety of platforms and activities
• Represent and support the CTS brand, providing “refresh” as appropriate.
• Track ROI related to campaign activities.
• Understand CTS brand and brand values, align this with marketing activities & collateral.

· Understand core concepts of the business and how that relates to best marketing practices.

· Analyze Brand messaging for what works, does not work, best practices and industry trends.

• Design regular social media posts using a variety of methods to actively engage with the audience.
• Track ROI related to campaign activities.
• Provide consistent, accurate, and insightful reporting for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Expand customer base and reach, show tangible results through formal analytics.
• Assist in creation and distribution of customer facing newsletter.
• Assist in New Product Launches as requested.
• Assist in Customer Onboarding as requested.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to lead, communicate, and share knowledge effectively.
• Familiarity with NetSuite/NetSuite CRM preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to multi-task and juggle shifting priorities.

Job Type:

Full Time.

Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 annually
