Complete Immigration Solutions is an Immigration Law Firm that tailors mostly to the Hispanic population in Florida. We are currently seeking an administrative assistant/office receptionist. The prospective employee must have a pleasant demeanor and able to greet clients and handle the office phone system. The prospective employee will be responsible for setting appointments, filing paperwork, scanning and keeping the attorneys’ calendar. The prospective employee must be extremely organized and detailed oriented, has to be able to follow directions and instructions, and reliably complete tasks in a timely manner. The prospective employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be a good team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22,000.00 - $27,050.00 per year
