Established Family Law Firm seeks a legal assistant, preferably with at least one year of experience in the legal field with specific experience in scheduling hearings, depositions, and mediations, managing the attorneys’ calendars, answering phones, and doing client intake. Experience with discovery compliance, drafting pleadings and billing a plus. Position calls for a self-starter who can multitask and maintain superior communications with opposing counsels and clients. Excellent English and computer skills, professional demeanor, and extreme attention to detail required. This is a high-energy, high-output job, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Experience working with Clio preferred.
