Are you someone with broad HR knowledge who loves to recruit? We're looking for a hybrid HR Generalist/Recruiter for our office in South Austin by the Y. Reporting directly to the Vice President of People Operations, this position is shaping up to be around 70% recruitment and 30% employee relations. This position is in-office four days a week.

-Full-cycle recruiting - mainly front-line positions, so speed and volume are important. We want to make sure we're bringing the right people into our culture.

What you should have:

· 3-5 years of recruitment experience

· Strong employee relations experience - CA experience is a plus!

· Experience with leave administration

· Experience with applicant tracking systems

· A can-do attitude

· Proven track record of coming up with out-of-the-box solutions
