About the Job
We are looking for mission-driven, results-oriented, and collaborative individuals to manage and grow our programs. Program Managers are the key link between our program partners and our financial coaches to ensure strong relationships, smooth operations, and strong processes to deliver high-quality service to our clients. This role reports to the Director of Programs.

Benefits

Additional Information
This position is based in Philadelphia, PA, and will be a hybrid of in-office time and remote and will be supporting clients in our Philadelphia programs. Required hours could include a combination of workday, evening, and weekend hours to accommodate the needs of our clients. Occasional travel to other communities may be required as our programs grow and broaden geographically.
Timeline and Hiring Process

Anticipated start date is February 2022.
