The Springfield Community Land Trust (SCLT) Administrative Assistant provides direct support for the SCLT Director.
Must have a minimum of Associate Degree or equivalent with an interest in Planning and Development, Public Administration, Political Science, or Geospatial Sciences.
This position will provide administrative support for the Springfield Community Land Trust including answering calls and voicemails; sending email, letters, meeting notices; maintaining databases; preparing reports; taking and maintaining minutes for various meetings, and other administrative duties as directed.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multitasking to meet various priorities. Candidate must have strong time management skills with a keen attention to detail; knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, and an ability to troubleshoot minor technology or equipment-related issues.
The SCLT Administrative Assistant position is part-time, non-exempt, up to 15 hours per week. this is a grant funded position and is based upon funding availability. No phone calls please.
