We are looking for a fast paced, energetic, positive employee to assist Property Managers on a daily basis. This position would be part of our expanding corporate office team.

Duties would include :

• Assisting in the processing of tenant applications
• Respond to on-site locations during periods of Manager vacations and / or absences
• Supplement the Property Manager administrative responsibilities such as accounts receivables, payables, delinquency notices, eviction postings, and reporting errors
• Reconcile tenant service request, unit turnover schedules, and performance reports
• Gather documents and other information related to tenant concerns, complaints, and request
• Follow up on inspection reports, gathering estimates, and completion requirements
