We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Assistant Care Coordinator to join our team! The ideal person speaks English, has a professional attitude, 2 or more years of clerical and clinical experience, a willingness to learn, maintain professional standards, and the willpower to help with the company’s success track record. Home healthcare and caregiving experience is a plus.

Administrative Assistant duties:

· Facilitating communications to ensure efficient operation of the office

· Answering and redirecting phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner

· Providing administrative support to the Office Manager, Human Resources Director, and Care Coordinator

· Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents

· Maintain office supplies and inventory

· Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

· Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and visitors

Skills:

· Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook

· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

· Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written materials

· Previous experience in home healthcare and caregiving is a plus

Assistant Care Coordinator duties:

· Facilitating communication between caregivers in the advocacy of the patients

· Working closely with patients and their families to ensure the patient gets appropriate scheduling needs

· Going out in the field to assist caregivers as needed

Requirements:

· Must be able to pass a national background check & drug test

· Reliable transportation is a MUST (bus or Uber will not be considered)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
