Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining and organizing all required documentation in the areas of: Payroll, recruiting, new hire orientation, training, employee relations, benefit planning and administration and retirement planning to support employees throughout their respective life cycle with the company. Ensures compliance by auditing all files and maintaining all required documentation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Participates in the recruiting, training, and development processes.

This position will receive an annual performance review from the direct supervisor to discuss actual performance as compared to company stated expectations and agreed upon job related performance goals for the upcoming year.
