Position: Temporary HR Assistant/Generic HR Specialist
Duration: 3 Months (Parental Cover)
Location: College Park, MD
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour
Schedule: Fulltime, Hybrid (2 days in office and 3 days work from home)

The Role:
As a Temporary HR Assistant/Generic HR Specialist, you'll be stepping into a vital role within our clients organization, providing essential support while one of their team members enjoys their well-deserved parental leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for HR to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact in a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing documentation.
  • Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Supporting HR team members with various projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Details:
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
