About the position...
The Executive Chef leads the culinary team in creating and producing innovative and evolving menus for all of our in-house dining venues and events. This person sets the standards and oversees the daily operations of all dining outlets as well as member and private events held throughout the club. Oversight of the Kitchen includes staffing, menu planning, ordering, vendor monitoring, food productions, inventory, catering and budgeting.
