Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This will be a hybrid role of 50% cold calling and 50% outside sales.
Duties:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Technical sales knowledge is preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
