CTM Enterprises, Inc., a national consumer product company of high quality branded air filters, is seeking a highly motivated Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Route Sales Representative to sell, invoice, service, deliver and stock grocery, drug, mass merchandise stores.
Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Growing annual sales year over year
Selling incremental displays
Adhere to company designed planograms
Effective use of company point of sales material
Execution of all scheduled promotional events
Developing a strong rapport with customers and key decision makers within all accounts
Foster and maintain an environment where safety and customer service are top priorities
This is a full time salary exempt route sales position. CTM Enterprises, Inc. offers medical, dental and vision insurance after 90 days as well as a 401-k plan after 6 months. Join a winning team and enjoy a rewarding sales career with a fast growing company.
Requirements High school diploma with post high school studies preferred
Microsoft Office skills
Able to work independently, effectively plan and make good business decisions in the absence of direct supervision
Must be able to drive a DOT certified truck up to 16' in length
Ability to successfully pass a DOT Medical physical
Must have and maintain a clean driving record
Strong organizational skills
Previous experience in DSD route sales preferred but not required
