As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, assisting them with inquiries, orders, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Listen actively to customer concerns, complaints, and feedback, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM system accurately and promptly, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
