Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Local Public Health (LPH) Data Solution for the State of Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH). This project aims to support LPH's operations in inspections, permitting, analysis, and reporting functionalities, while facilitating a seamless data exchange between LPH and various offices and bureaus within DPH. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record on successfully delivering Salesforce/MuleSoft, Snowflake, Informatica solutions and/or AWS Cloud Products.

Responsibilities include overseeing the entire implementation process, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. The Project Manager will develop detailed project plans, manage resources, mitigate risks, and maintain quality standards. They'll lead project meetings, communicate progress, address issues, and facilitate decision-making.

Mandatory Skills/ Experience:

• 7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Must have completed two (2) full-lifecycle Salesforce/MuleSoft implementations and Snowflake/Informatica data solutions in the past five (5) years.
• Must have a current and active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification via the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Must be adept in integrating the structured Waterfall project management approach with the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile methodologies.

Desirable Skills/ Experience:

• 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on implementing complex data solutions in a healthcare or public health environment.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake, MuleSoft, Informatica, Salesforce, and/or AWS Cloud Products, including configuration, integration, and deployment best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven project culture.
