Responsibilities:

Daily activities include, but not limited to the following:

• Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals.
• Planning and conducting user research, as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing user models and scenarios
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
• Creating and iterating on prototypes
• Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity and iterating to improve the user experience.
• Assisting with content development
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned

Mandatory Skills:

• More than one (1) but less than four (4) years' experience as a Specialist.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in UI/UX experience design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards, user surveys.
• Two (2) or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.

Desirable Skills:

• ​Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing
• Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field.
