Duties
- Develop architectural designs and plans for new construction or renovation projects
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and goals
- Prepare and present design proposals using software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Project Architect in the architectural field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
