WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

 

The ClickDimensions Support Specialist role is focused on the resolution of support tickets for ClickDimensions customers.  This role requires agents to assist in the day to day needs of the business as it relates to the overall customer experience and marketing objectives. This includes but is not limited to:

 

  • Handling and responding to customer requests via omni-channel including but not limited to email, phone, support chat, inbound ticket.
  • Resolving support issues to our customers' satisfaction by conducting in-depth support sessions through all available channels.
  • Helping fellow agents in the resolution and troubleshooting of issues.
  • Identifying and highlighting best practices in support and contribute to a knowledgebase of articles.
  • Proactively assist new customers in all aspects of the ClickDimensions platform.

 

YOUR DAY TO DAY 


  • Microsoft CRM online and OnPrem deployments.
  • Microsoft CRM configuration, troubleshooting security and application usage.
  • HTML and email template design/modification.
  • Simple JavaScript (e.g., web form field validation)
  • ClickDimensions Application deployment / installation.
  • Solution and networking concepts including web services, deployment types (e.g. online vs. on premise), Windows Servers, Active Directory, connections, DNS, SMTP, basic firewall and security principles, etc.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO CLICKDIMENSIONS 

 

  • Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • SaaS based applications and support experience strongly preferred
  • Interpersonal skills are a key element of the support role.
  • The Support Specialist will be required to:
    • Provide a structured, informative and satisfactory support experience.
    • Interact productively with ClickDimensions all internal ClickDimensions departments.
    • Able to listen to customers and understand their goals and marketing objectives.
    • Able to articulate technical information to the customer who has requested assistance.
