- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide support to the sales team by generating quotes, processing sales orders, and coordinating shipments.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management procedures is a plus.
- Experience supervising or training others is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
