The Employee Benefits Account Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Benefits Account Team by providing proactive service and managing client benefit programs. This position involves working closely with the Account Manager and Account Executives to ensure smooth operations and support assigned accounts.

What You Will Do

• Support carrier implementation and renewal processing
• Manage day-to-day service account requests
• Create and maintain monthly reporting packages and renewal documentation
• Assist with client material creation
• Process eligibility changes and set up client invoicing
• Participate in open enrollment presentations

What You Will Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume group benefits, working on the agency side or carrier side
• TX Life & Health license
• Bachelors degree preferred
• A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology
• Experience with EPIC, Applied Benefits Designer preferred
